Congraz Jan!

Dear One Two Six,

We appreciate your talents in making my brother’s old home sparkle! 240 people went thru the (first) open house over two days and we received 5 bids, four above asking.

Vanity Award

We received an email from the US Commerce Association a week ago, notifying us that they’ve chosen for the “Best of ” in Home Design & Planning Services category.

Woohoo~~!!   Yippeeee~~!! (for the next 5 mins)

Finally when the excitement subdued, and calmness settled back in, we realized… wait a minute, “Best of ”? But… we moved from to the present location more than 5 years ago. US Commerce Association? Who are these people?

Intrigued, we followed the link provided in the email, the web site open with instruction on how to obtain the plaque, for a fee… Something didn’t feel right, if someone really want to give us an , shouldn’t they give us the plaque for free?

Have to say, these people have came up with a very creative way to grab your money, hats off to them. In the world that’s full of spam mails, at least US Commerce Association’s spam comes with a vanity .

Amazing Snaps!

We are very excited about our new photographer — Victor!!

Victor and us have collaborated for few months now, and he (www.victorlinphoto.com) impresses us every time! Don’t let Victor’s rather young age fool you, he has been playing with cameras before he even started Algebra! Victor’s passion has been with outdoor , he has set foot in countless national parks and who-knows-where deserted places around the country. According to him, his favorite thing to do is to take panoramic photo of beautiful landscapes… well, I am glad he is applying his years of experience to real estate . Don’t forget to checkout few virtual tours he created recently (near the bottom of the post).

We are not sure how he does it, his exterior photos capture the deep blue sky with whitest puffy clouds, and his interior shots are able to grabs all the details inside the room AND the sharp image of outside thru glasses, the range and dimension of his photos are amazing!

Nice Words

I meant to post this a month ago, finally got around to do it today.

This nice note was mailed to us by the owners of a home we staged back in March. We are always very appreciative of our clients who spend the time to send us testimonials. It puts smiles on the faces of our entire team!
